Basela Plus opened its doors with a single chair, a borrowed mirror, and a stubborn belief that grooming deserved better. Our founder trained across barbershops and salons in Africa, and apprenticed under master colourists before bringing that knowledge home to Lilongwe.
What started as a modest barber stall has grown into a destination expert stylists, two studios, and a reputation built one precise cut at a time. We never chased trends. We chased craft. That decision shaped everything that followed.
